About
I started in tech support at Concentrix in 2018 helping people get Microsoft Office running. Since then I've worked across streaming, telecom-style billing, and web hosting at Group.one / one.com — where a good day means an anxious small-business owner leaves the chat with their site back online.
More recently, I've upskilled in US bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and US taxation through Borderless Accountants Academy. That combination lets me move from solving a customer's website problem to keeping the day-to-day transactions behind their business organized and accurate.
Outside the queue, I'm a self-taught designer and video editor (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut), a graduate of B.S. Automotive Technology, and a passer of the Civil Service and Fire Officer 1 exams — I like problems that reward patience.
